Shit makes me feel like I'm taking crazy pills. Go to the rust belt. Get in a car and drive from Green Bay to Buffalo. You will drive through miles and miles and miles of abandoned urban sprawl. Cities who used to have populations in the millions that now average around 500k. We are not hurting for space, at all.

Random selection of cities in the Rust Belt. You can see these places used to hold 2x as many people as they do now. And if you've been in the Midwest you'll know this wasn't high density housing or apartment blocks. Average older home in these places were 2 story single family houses. And these are just a small selection of bigger cities. Same story in all the small towns. You could probably cram another 15 million people in the area without developing any new land.

And these region by the way is self sustainable with water and has infrastructure that just needs to be repaired. Not in the middle of the fucking desert.

I like how I explicitly said this applies to every small town in the area too but several of you drooling troglodytes mind's hard stopped at the word "Detroit" and had to rush to make a retarded comment.
