Iran has been remarkably unsuccessful in its efforts to retaliate against Israel. Almost half of their missile stockpile has been depleted, not a single drone has made it to Israeli soil, and only 37 of 440 launched missiles landed, generally to little effect.
Iranian competence and capability is just very low, and far worse than their rhetoric would have you believe.

I like how I've received messages saying that the numbers in the piece are over- and underestimates. The people willing to give me real numbers all put the delta in the low hundreds, i.e., functionally irrelevant.
