You frame it in your thread as a moral failing by the libtard, because she denies Jewish people the dignity of being treated as individuals. In reality, the woman's frame is exactly what aggressive group narcissism demands of outsiders. While she may be denying individual Jews dignity, she's also doing what's being asked of her by the state. The constant statutory revisions to the definition of antisemitism (even the constant re-spelling of the word - hyphen? capitalize "semite"?) reflect an effort to prevent outsiders from independently assessing the nature of the group identity without being subject to censure. Because group definitions constantly shift to protect the current subjective preferences of the custodians of the group identity, they're inappropriate for legal codification. The tragic social experiment with transgenderism is an extreme example that highlights my point, because transgender identity is defined by subjective experience and therefore cannot, by definition, be objectively ascertained. You can only ever defer to the transgender person's preference in the moment.
