Starmer's 4-point PIP means that someone who can't wash their own hair, private parts, legs and feet, and needs assistance to be able to get in or out of a bath or shower will not be entitled to a penny of welfare help. This bill is beyond nightmarish. It must be scrapped.

@lacescael What is the rationale for more points being awarded for not being able to wash the upper body, compared to the lower body? Is it considered a more complex task to wash the upper body? I genuinely don’t understand this.

@NWomxn It's always been completely illogical. No one knows, it seems.

@lacescael @NWomxn I think they’ll be rewriting PIP probably because it does seem illogical. It’s part of the green paper

@lacescael @NWomxn I would use the word bizzare

@lacescael @NWomxn This is what I get from AI when I made a google search https://www.google.com/search?...

@lacescael @NWomxn Its considered more essentual in short duration. Sit yourself at a desk, and use the computer. If you can't reach things below the chair, your fine all day. If you can't reach the desk your ok for ~2hours. If you can't even wipe your eyes you need need somebody on call constantly
