📌 𝗥𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗶 𝗔𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗮 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗮𝗹𝗮 (One Who Tamed Snakes) Surrounded by deadly snakes in the forest, he sat calm and still. The snakes sensed no fear... and slithered away. He taught: “Fear is only in the mind. Know the Self, and fear disappears.” — (Chandogya Upanishad)

📌 𝗥𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗶 𝗔𝗴𝗮𝘀𝘁𝘆𝗮 (The Sage Who Drank the Ocean) To help the Devas fight sea-demons, he drank the ocean in one breath. He also humbled the Vindhya mountains. His teaches: True strength lies in humility and service.

📌 𝗥𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗶 𝗕𝗵𝗿𝗶𝗴𝘂 (One Who Tested the Gods) He tested Brahma, Vishnu, and Shiva to find who was the most compassionate. When Bhagwan Vishnu forgave him after being struck on the chest, Bhrigu said: “Forgiveness is the mark of the Supreme.”

📌 𝗥𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗶 𝗖𝗵𝘆𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗮 (Who Became Young Again) Old and weak, he restored his youth through herbs and austerity. This led to the creation of Chyavanprash in Ayurveda. He showed that: Health and aging can be transformed by discipline and inner power.

📌 𝗥𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗶 𝗞𝗮𝗽𝗶𝗹𝗮 (Father of Sāṅkhya Philosophy) He taught the difference between consciousness (Purusha) and matter (Prakriti). His ideas formed the base for both Yoga and Vedānta. He said: “Suffering ends when you know who you really are.”

📌 𝗥𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗶 𝗩𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗮 (Who Realized “I Am Everything”) He meditated deeply and said: “I was Manu. I was the Sun. I am all beings.” A true realization of oneness beyond ego. His words reflect the core of Advaita.

📌 𝗥𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗶 𝗔𝗿𝘂𝗻𝗶 (𝗨𝗱𝗱𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗸𝗮) – The Teacher of Tat Tvam Asi Father of Śvetaketu. He taught with simple examples: clay and pot, river and sea... to show that all is one. He said: “Tat Tvam Asi” – You Are That.

📌 𝗥𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗶 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘁𝗮𝘀 (The Kings Who Became Sages) 10 brothers, sons of King Prachinabarhi. They ruled well, then meditated under water for 10,000 years. Bhagwan Vishnu blessed them. (Their story appears in Śrīmad Bhāgavatam)

📌 𝗥𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗶 𝗡𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗮 (The Wandering Messenger of Truth) Often misunderstood as a mischief-maker, he was actually a seer of deep devotion. He carried wisdom between gods, sages, and worlds. He gave the Nārada Bhakti Sūtras, a beautiful text on pure devotion.
