According to ULFA statement, self Lt Gen Nayan Asom was killed in an initial drone attack. When other senior leaders gathered for his funeral, another round of drone and missile strikes was launched, in which two more self-styled Brig Ganesh Asom and Col Pradip Asom, were killed.
