"Rose" lives in or around Rockford, Illinois, near Chicago. She is believed to drive a Kia Soul. She also went by the online usernames "Roseiscumming" and "Rosesplease".

Rose met Destiny because she was illegally selling porn of herself on social media while underage. Destiny began an online sexual relationship with her, and repeatedly attempted to traffick her across state lines for sex, but her parents refused to allow it.

Rose is also associated with a British man who went by the handle "Solo". Solo was Rose's online boyfriend. He managed the earnings that she received from selling underage porn of herself online. He may be called "George Scorer" or this may be a fake name.

It is extremely important that Rose be identified and subpoenaed to testify in the cases against Destiny, because she is the one who disseminated the images that Destiny had illegally shared with her.

Destiny also committed numerous sex crimes in his communications with her, including receiving child pornography. This is why he has not attempted to go after her himself, despite repeatedly claiming that he too is her "victim".
