🧵 Since I haven't seen anyone else do this yet, here's a compilation of every single object in the Flower King shop that could come alive in the Dark World. I'll also be rating them by how likely I think they'll be used. Let's begin:
Cash Register Back in Ch 1-2 days I would've said this was the easiest shoe in for a shopkeeper ever. However, Ch 3-4 didn't really have shopkeeps (or at least not traditional ones like we expected) so I'm not as confident here.. but it's certainly not impossible 5/10
Flower Vase Look around, man! This place is nothing BUT flowers! ...But will this SPECIFIC one be there? Ehhhh... Well, if the cash register doesn't come alive, maybe this flower is the shopkeep instead by proxy. But still, I'm not really sure... 2/10
Catalogue + Car Magazine This is one of those that's so weirdly specific that, even if it's hard to conceptualize how it'll be used, you still have to raise an eyebrow at it... But yeah, I don't really know what this could be used for... if anything! 3/10
Soil Bags (uninteractable) Fits the flower theme like a glove, but I don't really have much to say about it other than that. If there isn't a direct soil bag character then it will definitely be part of the environment at least 6/10
Dirty Watering Can Again, fits the theming like a glove. This one I think is even more likely since it's just a little bit more specific than just "dirt" 8/10
Rent Notices My personal favorite. It's pretty silly and probably not going to happen but in my heart it does 1/10 (spiritually it's 10/10)
Corkboard (along with whatever other important shit is behind this door) This one really depends on if we're going to actually go into this room IN the dark world or not. We're going to see it either way, but I'm not 100% sure... It's definitely compelling though 8/10
The Fridge Chapter 3 didn't do it, so I don't see why it would happen here instead 1/10 As for the things associated with the fridge...
The Fridge Photos Again, Chapter 3 didn't do it... But I want to believe in it this time because it's SUCH an interesting idea! What would that look like?! But still... 2/10
Pickle It's stupid, but oddly enough I can see it happening. If anything, it's going to be our epic funny joke NPC of the chapter 5/10
This is also a good time to mention that you can put an Egg in this fridge in Chapter 1, which I'm sure will be totally fine and not mean anything at all ???/10
TV + Comics ...I mean come on... come onnnn, right? Surely? ...Toby? 9/10
Air Matress Probably not a character per say... but I can see it being some kind of set piece or prop in the light world itself, like with Chairiel or the Walking Couch 4/10
Colorful Flowers What-The-Fuck-Do-You-Think/10
And that's all of them! If I missed anything, no I didn't, you're lying. Really not a lot to work with here, especially compared with Chapter 3... But really that just makes everything that ISN'T a flower more suspicious! We're just gonna have to wait and see
@Honkadoi The cash register is pretty likely imo, it'd be funny if it became a capitalist character that's depressed because their owner is a bum that gives stuff away for free

@Honkadoi My current thinking is that the dark world will be divided into three major areas with different themes for the different flowers, one of them being cowboy themed for yellow, one being superhero themed for orange, and one being conspiracy themed for purple. The TV with the—
@Honkadoi I feel like the car catalogue could be used in a Jackenstein-y kind of way, especially if we combine the idea with the superhero comics… supercars are a thing, perhaps Asgore dreams of one day owning one?
@Honkadoi people saying we should expect a tv world situation, even if the fountain isnt on the flower shop in the chapter deltarune doesnt go by formulas so I doubt theyd repeat it, I also think tv world being the way it is was kris intention more than anything

@Honkadoi i’m still pretty sure the chapter 5 dark world is going to be the festival. or maybe it will be asgore’s shop, and the festival will happen afterwards and end with the chapter 6 dark world being opened inside of it. bookmark this in case either prediction is structurally sound.
