If you don't exercise, you feel more tired. If you exercise, you get more energy. Funny how that works.

@hpfounder discovered this when I started boxing 3 years ago thought I'd be exhausted after training but felt more energized the rest of the day now if I skip workouts for a week I feel like I'm dragging through quicksand the body rewards movement with energy
