I feel the need to advise my Muslim sisters (and brothers tbh) - as an older, wiser person now who spends a lot of time talking to men because of the nature of my career choices - that email, chats, etc are all private spaces where Shaytan is present. Simple solution:
Just add another person to your chats with the opposite sex! I do this all the time. It's exceptionally easy and NOT embarrassing at all if the other person is Muslim. Don't think you are smarter than the Ultimate Trickster (Shaytan) π
Just ask my husband/brother how many Muslim men I have sent emails to (which could even mildly be interpreted as of personal interest) with the words "I've also cc'd my husband here for halal purposes." You could also cc/add a female friend, sister, etc.
Tbh one of my goals is to make this a social norm in Muslim online spaces, please do it!! I started it a few years ago and so far, nobody else I know has picked up on it π’
@winnie4prez Read these texts. WHO in the f*ck gets their heart taken from game THIS bad/unpolished πππ No 14 year old girl in HS would EVER fall for this, let alone adults? Almost unbelievable and a very sad reflection on ultra-shelteredness of some conservative Muslim gals in πΊπΈ? Jesus..
@SultanYavar I don't read things that I have been warned are sexually explicit, since I consider this haraam.
