Any job you applied for through a major corporate portal between 2019–2024 could be on that list. The AI product in question - HiredScore - was ranking, filtering, and scoring you… before a human ever saw your name. You are not crazy.

This list will be explosive. Workday tried to say they didn’t even own HiredScore when the discrimination lawsuit started. But the judge said nope… if your platform enabled the tech, you’re in. So now they have until August 20 to spill which companies used it.

@KFendin Well just know you are being scored- but I would never say to intentionally mark yourself out of a job running- you never know if marking NO on that option could reject you.
@thejobchick My Wife had one of those AI interviews tell her that it thought her answer was AI generated. It wasn't. Imagine the nerve of a system using AI to interview you and telling you that your human answer was AI.

@thejobchick What a racket -- tech firms use AI to screen us out. I could not get a full-time job for a long time in Silicon Valley, just temp jobs. We lose career momentum when companies only hire us for 6-month contract jobs and save full-time jobs for H1B visa holders, mainly from India.
