@RewardsSupport Thanks, mine reset to zero and didn't trigger my Monday "Play a Game Pass Game" combo, even though I got the achievement. Streak progress went back to 0.

@RewardsSupport You need to sort out the cache, so every time you close the app it clears it. If not you will have these problems continously. If you have a problem with black screen you just turn off the app and wi-fi and use the providers internet until connection happens.

@RewardsSupport There are other issues going on as well. Yesterday pc weekly gave 2. Console gave 0, but the daily task tracked. Today pc weekly gave 1. Console gave 2, but didn’t give the daily task for playing. So I’m at 3 for pc with only 2 days and at 2 for console with only 1 day.
