🐾 Just a random thought… In Mumbai (and across India), there’s always this never-ending debate: 👉 “Feed strays, show kindness!” vs. 👉 “Don’t! They create chaos & fear!” But yaar, not everything is black or white. There’s a third side too — people like me. 🧵 (1/4)
I’ve seen people go out of their way to feed stray dogs and cats. Everyday they roam for feeding, injured mila toh vet ke paas le gaye. Skipping Vacations. No photo-op, no flex. Just pure pyaar. Real animal lovers. Dil se. 💛 (2/4)
But I’ve also seen the other side — Kids getting bitten, families scared to walk at night, entire gallis where no one feels safe. That’s also valid. That fear isn’t fake. (3/4)
The point is — Why do we always pick sides? Can’t we have compassion and civic sense together? Zarurat hai ek middle ground ki — jahaan humanity bhi ho aur responsibility bhi. (4/4)
