Regional Groups of the Corded Ware Culture
Probably the most accurate corded ware territory map that exists rn. All the others are actual dogshit. What fucking retard made this and thinks it looks useable
@VVeltkrieger Great map. Are the territories between settlements just wild?
@Tom_Rowsell There are some corded ware sites inbetween, not large clusters though. The empty area in poland and ukraine were GAC survivors until around 2400bc
@VVeltkrieger is this the final completed map for the cwc one you were working one ? did bell beaker originate from a western cwc groups like single grave
@RJR_2003 Yes, bell beaker develops out of SW german cwc and dutch singlegrave
@VVeltkrieger Why do you whink they eventually dissapeared off the north while the local hunter gatherers prevailed? Just as simple as the climate getting colder?
@Aapur11 Probably climactic, around 2200bc a climate Shift causes the bell beakers and almost all other cultures to collapse
@VVeltkrieger Why does Masurian CWC not even touch Masuria?
@samarkand124 Oops
@VVeltkrieger Did you make this?
@thotmanifestor Yes
@VVeltkrieger Do you think the Boat Axe cultures passed on a language of any kind? Or any substratal effect on Germanic?
@themangler5 Probably not
@VVeltkrieger Good map
@VVeltkrieger nice
@VVeltkrieger Auvernier Cordé, but no issue, just a missing letter. https://hls-dhs-dss.ch/de/arti...
@VVeltkrieger Sveriges naturliga gränser
@VVeltkrieger I think Podolian should be called Podlachian. Podolia is in Ukraine.
@VVeltkrieger nice map
