Not many people know this but poor posture also plays a HUGE role in development of dark circles under the eyes: Imagine what tight neck muscles would do to the drainage of blood from the brain and face - dark circles is a symptom - your system is CLOGGED!

Tight facial muscles and jaw muscles also play a role in preventing proper drainage of blood and lymph from the face 2-3 minute face and jaw massages will help unclog your system!

Poor posture and thyroid function Over your thyroid gland you have neck muscles, so imagine what tight neck muscles will do to your thyroid gland - how can it work correctly when SQUASHED and COMPRESSED!?

dark circles under the eyes is also a KEY sign of POOR LYMPHATIC drainage Your lymphatic system acts as the sewer system of your face - When the waste and fluid gets "stuck" due to a sedentary lifestyle - it will give your face a more bloated look - particularly under the eyes

Again, 3-5 minutes daily face massages will unclog the sewage system of your face allowing toxins and fluid to flow freely away from your face towards detox organs

A good start to correcting dark circles under eyes: -PROPER POSTURE and neck exercises -Face and jaw massages to unclog your system -Improving thyroid function, T3 and lowering exposure to toxins Everything you need to do to maximise T3 here (detailed): https://questmoosa.gumroad.com...

Most people in modern society has dark circles under the eyes but now you know the main causes Try these 3-4 simple and easy things on a DAILY basis to remove dark circles under your eyes you will look and feel better as a result

If you don't know what neck exercises to do here is a comprehensive list: 1. neck extension and flexion

2. neck lateral flexion

3. neck rotation

Image in tweet by Moosa

Neck extension is the MAIN one - the modern day society and use of phones have kept us looking down - tightening the neck muscles at the back of your head - look up!

Image in tweet by Moosa

When neck muscles are tight at the back - imagine what it will do to your vertebral artery - the MAIN ARTERY SUPPLYING BLOOD TO YOUR BRAIN - ensure these muscles are strong by looking up frequently and avoid looking down >30 minutes.

Finally, DO NOT CLENCH YOUR JAW BACKWARDS, the mandible (jaw) when chronically clenched can impede bloodflow and drainage in the veins and arteries - ensure your lower jaw is ALWAYS FORWARD!

Image in tweet by Moosa

Another illustration highlighting the importance of a forwardly located jaw: Most people hold a lot of tension in their jaw so by pulling it forward your entire body will feel at EASE!

This exercise will HURT so make sure you do it slowly and only 5-7 reps on each side!

If you don't know how to do lymphatic drainage, follow these arrows and do for 30-75 seconds with medium amounts of pressure You will feel 5-10 younger and look more beautiful after doing it and unclogging your system

Image in tweet by Moosa

Massage your jaw here for 10-30 second - slowly and carefully (this will HURT):

Massaging your temporalis muscle with firm pressure for 20-45 seconds on BOTH SIDES will also give tremendous relief to your body This muscle will relax your scalp and face, making you look more attractive

I will say this again but the lymphatic system does NOT have a pump so you NEED to move or massage your body to stimulate proper flow and drainage - allowing toxins to flow freely to the detox organs
