@Truthpolex Wow. This is really not even close. The gateway tapes are nothing to play with without following the process. If you really want to know what it’s all about , I suggest you go to http://hemi-sync.com and start from the beginning.

@HannahBrites The targets can beanything that you want in this world right now, if I give targets it will become more complex, since this thread is for the beginners and it will take weeks and months for target practices, people need to prepare and understand what it is before jumping into
