Hello @GuildWars2 I'm facing an error since June 20th, I can't buy anything from the ingame store or login to the website to redeem expansion code. I Contacted the support to "Solve it", but its been 2 months. if I can't buy the expansion . . . well that's it. #GuildWars2 #GW2

@LordHizen @GuildWars2 Have you tried another web browser? I have not been able to log in arenanet page with any browser other than chrome for some months
@VSAlex @GuildWars2 tried 3 different browses, and also tried to log in through my phone, same issue.
@LordHizen @GuildWars2 Had something similar. Disable your antivirus/addblock and try again. For me it was Avira antivirus. Had to set an exception to solve it finally. Good luck!

@LordHizen @GuildWars2 Did you try another payment type? I don’t use PayPal but I read on the forums people having issues if PayPal didn’t have a credit card on file? It’s strange gw2 support hasn’t reached out. You should be able to just email support@arena.net ?
@ShadowlessTwil1 @GuildWars2 yes, I tried my credit card, same issue. the support reached out when I contacted them, but they don't want to solve it for some reason. and being vague about it.
@LordHizen @GuildWars2 For the website, the only login issue I usually get is due to not accepting browser cookies. Though, for that the error code is usually different. Also, if using a pop up blocker you may want to disable it. Alternately, try a different web browser to login with.

@LordHizen @GuildWars2 I had payment issues due to vpn, turning it off and logging in to browser helped me. If you’re on a vpn consider turning off for payment then flipping back on.
@LordHizen @GuildWars2 Bro last month my arenanet account get blocked i contacted support they said its solved but its not.... I suspect the error bcs i was trying to login with several gadget. At the end i bought soto expansion in game and it works well

@LordHizen @GuildWars2 I've faced this issue as well. I solved it by changing my Wi-Fi connection. I don't know why, but maybe you could use your cellular data hotspot and try to buy it

@LordHizen @GuildWars2 For me it was my credit card that gets insta blocked when I try an arena net purchase. Did you check with your credit card company?
@LordHizen @GuildWars2 My friend had a similar problem couldn't purchase the expansion but it was the bank problem that triggered an error as if it was a fake transaction so as a last resort contact your bank

@LordHizen @GuildWars2 I have same issue but when try to login with my steam account in guildwars2 website. Every time same error. And for some reason, some day, back to work without no explanations. But between that no answers, nothing, just the samething: "disable your vpn, etc". I don't use vpn.

@LordHizen @Primordialmuk @GuildWars2 It's kind of a 50/50 if i can buy expansions. If i get an error i tend to go through try going through paypal. (Debit card is just linked to a paypal account)
@LordHizen @GuildWars2 @ArenaNet Fix your bug, please, and allow us to block trolls on the forums! We should be able to block people from being able to see or interact with us who are harassing us and spamming requests for help!
