@Helios_Movement Thanks for the great 🧵 What should a t2 diabetic on daily 500 mg metformin plus 5mg linagliptin do? Vit D and b12 are normal. Testo is 500, free T is abt 15. Hba1c is under 6. I suspect its still the diabetes causing it.
