The Problem: Workers don’t see material benefits from their struggle because it is cooped/wreaked by Dems both in elections and movements like BLM, Resist ICE, and Free Palestine. We get fooled because the legitimacy of US elections has a stranglehold on our consciousness. 1/6
The Solution: Organize your workplaces and residential communities to fight for real demands against landlords and bosses (I.e. higher wages, lower rents). Show workers that if we dare to struggle WE CAN WIN real improvements and to never settle for empty words. 2/6
Be Materialists: we change the consciousness of workers through helping them recognize their own material interests. If you don’t make real gains in your struggle its not working. Connect for them - effort and outcome. Never let them feel okay about walking away empty handed. 3/6
Build Duel Power: you should be preparing for the hour. Connect your neighbors, build organizational structures for materially supporting your community. That could mean Resist ICE, or it could mean free breakfasts for children. Never bring them just words, but real goods. 4/6
Action: it is your responsibility as a revolutionary to be organizing in every space you occupy. People who are “non-political” are the most ripe for radicalization, not those entrenched in the Rep vs Dems culture war. Radicalize your sports group, your craft club, etc 5/6
Anti-Electorialism: do not allow workers hope for elected representatives. They are the same enemy in different masks - they are uniformly representatives of capital and their goal is to crush workers. Remember this, and remember Gaza. They absolutely will do the same to you. 6/6
