Step #1: Source viral ideas Finding viral ideas is crucial. But don't just steal from your biggest competitors. Instead steal outliers. For example, 1m views is NOT an outlier for a 10m subs account, But if an account with 10k subs posts a 1m views video — it's worth

Then get VidIQ, Add your competitors to the list on the right, Ask your scriptwriters to collect all videos with the outlier score over x2 in a spreadsheet. The more competitors you have, the more ideas they'll collect.
