Chronic fatigue isn’t "aging." It starts when your mitochondria (the power plants of your cells) begin to fail. I spent years exhausted, sick, and anxious before learning how to revive them. Here’s how I fixed my mitochondria and rebuilt limitless energy: 🧵
I lived with chronic disease through my early twenties. Always getting sick, skin cuts took weeks to heal, constant pain, and crippling anxiety. I wondered if I had AIDS because my immune system was so shot. Then I learned what was really happening inside my cells.
Your mitochondria are like tiny factories inside every cell. They take oxygen and nutrients and convert them into ATP (your body's energy currency). When they're damaged, you feel like garbage, no matter how much you sleep.
What's killing your mitochondria? Toxins everywhere: chemicals, heavy metals, chronic acidosis from stress and diet, LED light, WIFI, & 5G radiation. Your cellular power plants can't function properly in this polluted environment. Let's fix that:
1) Get the right LIGHT. Reduce your exposure to LED. Use incandescent bulbs where possible & blue light blocking glasses or apps otherwise. And get more sunlight. Your cells are solar-powered. Charge them up! For best results, watch the sunrise every day per @drjackkruse.
2) STOP frying yourself. WIFI and cellular signals, especially 5G, are destroying our energy and health. Reduce your exposure when possible and consider "grounding" while you sleep and work. I created this grounding mat for this purpose: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DM...
3) My personal favorite mitochondrial booster: MSM (organic sulfur). This mineral transports oxygen across cell membranes like no other. I take therapeutic doses and feel my energy, strength, and endurance skyrocket during exercise. Most people are sulfur-deficient.
4) Breathe deeply & get cold. Most people are shallow breathers, absorbing a fraction of available oxygen. @Iceman_Hof popularized deep breathing and cold plunging. I highly recommend both practices to wake up your mitochondria, enhancing your health and your life.
Try this breathing practice I like: Inhale through your nose, expand your stomach first, then your chest fully. Take three extra sips through your mouth to stretch your lungs, hold for 3 secs & exhale completely. Repeat until you feel the buzz.
5) Your blood pH must stay between 7.35 and 7.45, or you die. When you're acidic from stress, sugar, and toxins, your body robs minerals from muscles and bones to neutralize the acid. Acidosis = cellular suffocation = chronic fatigue. I wrote more about this here:
6) Magnesium deficiency is epidemic. This mineral is essential in over 300 body reactions, including energy production. If you have anxiety, muscle pain, or constipation, you're probably magnesium deficient. Start with 400-800mg daily (affiliate link): https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DL...
Bonus strategy: Supplement with Vitamin K2 to rebalance the minerals throughout your body. You want calcium in your bones, not inflaming your arteries & joints. K2 capsules vary in type (MK-4 & 7) and dosage, from 100mcg up to 45mg. Many studies exist for further research.
7) Your gut produces ~95% of your body's serotonin & creates short-chain fatty acids that fuel your mitochondria. But most people's intestines are loaded with yeast, parasites & often leak. A solution is to kill off the candida (yeast) & parasites with a product like this:
Then use this easy-to-use machine I created to replenish your gut with beneficial probiotics. The New York Times best-seller, "Super Gut" recommends this. Making it common now to make homemade probiotics in your kitchen: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DD...
8) But here's the key: do this first. If your colon is clogged and your liver is overwhelmed, detoxification will make you feel worse as toxins are stirred up faster than you can eliminate them. It's helpful to clean your colon first.
After fixing my mitochondria, I have energy like I'm in my twenties again. People constantly tell me I look 10-15 years younger than my age. My chronic pain disappeared, anxiety vanished, and I sleep like a baby. This is what ultimate health feels like.
Take responsibility for your cellular health and watch your energy transform. Your future self will thank you for not accepting fatigue as "normal."

@the_monk_ai Truly is!
@craigbrockie Would you say chronic fatigue post cancer treatment can also be revived? Or because it’s source is toxic it limits the ability
@craigbrockie Another scammer giving advice yet “thought he had AIDS”. I don’t think you are a scammer - I know it. Listen to this guy about what truck stop on I-10 has real man love but not health issues.
