This is Weston A. Price. In 1939, he published a nutrition study so controversial, the food industry tried to bury it. Till today, it’s studied by doctors, athletes, & metabolic researchers. Here are 7 findings from the study they hope you never learn: 🧵

These findings were buried for a reason. His research was too dangerous for the food industry but essential for your health. They expose the truth about what you're eating today...

1. Tooth decay is a nutrition problem. Dr. Price found people around the world who had perfect teeth, without ever brushing. What did they have in common? A diet rich in fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, K2), raw dairy, seafood, and organ meats.

2. The "modern diet" destroys faces and future generations. Price found that once traditional diets were replaced with processed food: · Faces narrowed · Dental arches collapsed · Immunity plummeted · Birth defects increased This didn’t take generations. It happened

3. Sacred foods were nutritional gold. Every healthy tribe Price studied had sacred foods reserved for: Pregnant women, Children, & Men before conception. These foods (like fish eggs, raw butter, liver, and bone marrow) were loaded with the nutrients needed to build strong,

4. Indigenous diets were 10x more nutrient-dense than modern ones. Even in the 1930s, traditional diets had: · 4x more calcium · 10x more fat-soluble vitamins · No seed oils, refined sugar, or white flour Today, most foods are calorie-rich but nutrient-dead.

5. Your soil determines your health. Price documented how soil depletion = disease. He showed that indigenous farmers preserved their soil for centuries. Modern agriculture? · Pesticides · Glyphosate · Dead soil Fewer minerals in the soil = fewer minerals in your food.

6. Real food can reverse disease. Price fed one nutrient-dense meal per day to children with extreme tooth decay. Within weeks: · Cavities stopped progressing · Teeth remineralised · Behaviour and school performance improved And this was without modern dental care.

7. Processed food is anti-human. Dr. Price called white flour, sugar, and canned foods "displacing foods of modern commerce." They don’t just displace nutrients in your diet. They displace your immunity, energy, fertility, and even facial structure.

Modern food is wrecking us slowly. Physically, mentally, & generationally. The solution isn't more supplements but instead to return to what actually works: Nutrient-dense, ancestral foods that built humanity. Please consider retweeting this to pass on the info!

@cwayneshuck Been living the Carnivore lifestyle for 20mths and thriving. Arthritis disappeared lost 16kgs and blood work is exceptional for a 64yr old

@GrantKH1961 That's great to hear Grant! I've done carnivore a few times and loved it. I'm curious, how's your energy levels been?

@cwayneshuck Weston A. Price was way ahead of his time, his work still sparks debate today.

@cwayneshuck hurray, how about maybe next time including a 🔗 the Weston A. Price organization (or that other Sally)

@cwayneshuck 😳"Price died in Santa Monica, California on January 23, 1948. His death certificate states malnutrition as the primary cause of his death" https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/...

@cwayneshuck Good book. You learn a great deal about your own adverse eating habits.

@cwayneshuck It's one of the most interesting books I've ever read!

@cwayneshuck Your thread is everybody's favorite! #TopUnroll https://threadreaderapp.com/th... 🙏🏼@cmilivoje for 🥇unroll

@cwayneshuck This is fascinating! It's impressive how influential research from so long ago continues to shape our understanding of nutrition today.

@cwayneshuck Thanks Carter - appreciate you bringing this to my attention.

@cwayneshuck Exactly right - however our globalist friends (bill gates) do not want us healthy and strong they want to iradicate good healthy food.

@cwayneshuck Very informative thread! Thank you. Following & Reposted✝️

@cwayneshuck I learned a lot from this book a couple of decades ago, and in that time have found that I have encountered zero doctors in real life that have even heard of this book/his work, much less considered what he discovered and his recommendations.

@cwayneshuck You know what a killer lead magnet would be? A bunch of ez 5 min recipes based on that info.. @grok can you come up with some recipes that fit the criteria? He‘s just telling me the usual „don‘t eat shitty processed foods“, but that‘s nothing new.

@cwayneshuck You go down that road, learn how to clean your colon out, eat solid food only for dinner, learn food combining, and get better and better at it, fuck all to the gurus. Or the folks who will tell you this that and the other thing.

@cwayneshuck His diet is loaded with toxic dairy and vitamin A, it will take years to fix yourself after this diet

@cwayneshuck One of the few threads I've actually stopped to read. I am indigenous myself and I tell you, every time I go back home I feel so much stronger and have so much more energy.

@cwayneshuck Hey next time you want to make a scientific argument you should try including some data rather than a PowerPoint ☺️
