(1/11) Do your research. Your content should more than just the average of top 3 ranking articles. Read what real users are asking on Reddit / Quora. Find different forums that are relevant and dig even deeper. Go extra mile to have better than the average.

(2/11) EEAT is the killer. Add expert opinion in your article. Create a query on HARO and see what other experts think and comment about it.

(3/11) Make your content easy-to-digest. No walls of paragraphs. The reader should be able to find whatever information they are looking for easily. Break the content down into topical headers and use proper H-tags.

(4/11) Use the PAS formula. Problem: define it to the reader. Agitate: explain why it’s important. Solution: give them the answer.

(5/11) Keep the intro short. An average reader doesn’t want to know what your business does. They want answers. Keep the intro somewhere between 80 to 150 words.

(6/11) Write eye catching headlines. What will a reader take out from your article? ✅Good example: Top 19 SEO Tips for Begginers (We use it to onboard our interns).

(7/11) Always use statistics & data. Look up relevant trends and statistics. Use Canva to create linkable visuals. If the article ranks you’ll get backlinks.

(8/11) No paragraph walls in your content. Use bullet points and images to break it down and make readers easier to scan the article.

(9/11) Whatever you talk about back it up with facts. Instead of saying “Best Mexican Restaurants in [city]”, say this “We visited every Mexican restaurant in [city] and here is what we think”.

(10/11) Add freebies to your article. If your article is about keyword research your freebie can be the template you’re using to do your research.

(11/11) Remember you are not only writing for robots. First and foremost you are writing for people. Write a content should be well-written so that the readers enjoy reading it.
