@GoodSmile_US Why can't we update our pre orders? My pre orders says "paid" but shipping between Oct and Dec??? I got an email a couple days ago it should be shipping soon and needed the payment method updated. It is not giving me that option

@GoodSmile_US I literally can't even log into my account now, it just refreshes the page every time. Not sure what you guys did but it's somehow more unusable than the original website. Albeit slow, it still WORKED.

@GoodSmile_US why are you hiding tariff charges when placing new preorders now?? i only now see tariff charges on my order confirmation email and not when placing the order. now i’m cancelling it as the prices is suddenly 3x after placing the order.

@GoodSmile_US cant sign in, password reset isnt sending an email, nothing in the spam folder. great update so far🫠 at least i never had a wishlist to have get erased which seems to be the other biggest problem besides not being able to sing in.

@GoodSmile_US For those having trouble logging in, what helped me was clicking "Create an account" and entering the same email and password. They'll send you an activation email, and that's it. You'll still have everything in your profile. Check everything in case something is outdated.

@GoodSmile_US I just got an email last week that my preorder raiden shogun nendoroid is going to ship soon and to update the payment method or address if needed but now on the new website, I can’t see my order for raiden :( I can only see my preorders for zzz Belle and hsr robin nendoroid

@GoodSmile_US It would be really cool if sometime soon yall created a Goodsmile Mobile App. I would be on that daily just checking new releases, sales, and preorder details. The website just feels clunky at times, but this new update is definitely a step in the right direction

@GoodSmile_US I don’t think this is a good idea, especially with the tariffs. I wish they would have a warehouse here in the US that way it makes it so much better for people to buy their figures.
