In the image above 👆🏽, you’ll see a simple but powerful journaling format I use: Pair & Direction – Which market and bias? (Buy/Sell) Entry Reasons – Why did I take the trade? (POI, QMR, Liquidity sweep, etc.) Stop Loss & Take Profit – Clear numbers, no guesswork.

Risk-to-Reward (RR) – Did the setup make sense? Exit Point/Trade Outcome – TP smashed or SL hit? Mistakes/Lessons – What did I learn? This isn’t just writing trades down… it’s holding yourself accountable and turning mistakes into lessons.

👉🏽 Example from my own notes: "Ignored unmitigated zone below my POI, price mitigated it and went to my TP" Lesson? Always check higher timeframe liquidity. This way I keep myself on track and avoid such mistakes from happening again...
