Modus Operandi: Kenyan Gen Z announced protests dubbed “The Final Revolution” for November 21, 2024, coinciding with President William Ruto’s State of the Nation address. The announcement was shared online, with banners circulating around November 15, 2024. 3/21

𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒: 𝐁𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐡, 𝐉𝐮𝐥𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐯𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 Reason: Quota system reforms perceived as corrupt Modus Operandi: University students (mostly Gen Z) initiated protests, leading to nationwide unrest against #SheikhHasina's government. 4/21

𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒: 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐛𝐢𝐚, 𝐀𝐧𝐭𝐢-𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐫𝐮𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐬 Reason: Collapse of train station roof killing 15, blamed on corruption Modus Operandi: Gen Z started the largest Balkan youth movement for democracy and accountability. 5/21

𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓: 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐚, 𝐀𝐧𝐭𝐢-𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐫𝐮𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐬 Modus Operandi: Gen Z students initiated viral social media campaigns and street protests in #Indonesia, using symbols like One Piece flags. 6/21

𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓: 𝐍𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐥 Reason: Anti-Corruption & Social Media Ban Modus Operandi: Gen Z students/youth self-organized via platforms before ban, protesting nepotism, unemployment, and governance in #Nepal. 7/21

𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐂𝐇𝐄𝐌𝐈𝐒𝐓𝐑𝐘 𝐎𝐅 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐄𝐒𝐓𝐒 Step 1: PREPARING AGENT Ground assets are activated (Mid- level Politicians/ Celebrities). They are used to excite protests at multiple stages and also act as nodes of fund distribution. 8/21

Step 2: SALT + CATALYST ‘Corruption’ is used as Salt- The most common factor in Politics around the world. Then catalyst is added which can be any ground issue gaining traction in a particular country. In #Nepal, it was social media ban & in #Bangladesh, it was Quota. 9/21

Step 3: DISTRIBUTING MATERIAL Just days before starting protests, material is distributed in social media groups to organize ground mobility. The following material was distributed among Nepali youths. Once distributed, the online links of the same material was 10/21

purposefully shared with government so that they ban social media in panic which was then used to trigger the catalyst. STEP 4: BUNSEN BURNER Protests are started peacefully, but some elements in the crowd incite violence by hurting/ killing unaware protesters. Images & 11/21

emotional triggers without highlighting what violence was initiated to incite police for violent counter measures. STEP 5: ALCHEMY The agendas suddenly change. From primary agenda, the protesters are pushed to demand the removal of government. Public property is burnt and 13/21

international media is used to create a humanitarian crisis and to criticize the government. STEP 6: Step 1 is re-activated where assets (AGENT) is portrayed as future leaders. STEP 7: Western corporate enters the arena within few months to exploit 10 times more resources 14/21

Donald Lu visited Kathmandu where he met Dean Thompson. Prior to that, on 7 March, 2022, Lu met #Pakistan's then-Ambassador Asad Majeed Khan in Washington where Lu reportedly stated that if the opposition's no-confidence vote against Khan succeeded, "all will be forgiven" 18/21

& US-Pakistan relations would improve. Also, Lu visited #Dhaka in May 2024 as part of a regional tour, where he met Bangladeshi officials to discuss bilateral ties, human rights, and economic cooperation after which, Gen Z protests started in #Bangladesh. UNROLLING PROTESTS 19/21
