First of all you need to know how to identify a high probability QMR setup from a low probable one, and then you capitalise on them.. Four ways you can identify are: 1. Structure 2. Time-frame 3. Sweep 4. Liquidity

1. Structure- one of the most important aspect most traders ignore is the major swing structure, And they tend to trade the sub structure which is technically against the trend of the market, Counter trending also reduces the probability of the setup.

Most times the sweep of liquidity they marked out close to thier poi is an internal range liquidity, that price is mostly likely to hunt and that's why they get stopped out often.. When the setup and the sweep is coming from an external range it tends to hold โ€ผ

2. Time-frame- practically the HTF POI tends to hold more volume and orders than the LTF, Thus, when you mark your setup from the LTF you get stopped outโŒ but not because your setup isn't correct but because the orders and volume on the LTF can't push price to your target.

So I strongly recommend you use the 4h, 2h, 1h especially when trading the Quasimodo reversal model infact any other model at all, that alone increases the probability โšก๐Ÿ”ฅ

3. Sweep- you must understand that there are different kinds of sweep and they also determine the probability of the setup. โœ… A sweep with a strong wick rejection is the most powerful and tends to play out most of the time

While wicks that the body of the candle fails to close in automatically reduces the probability of the setup but can sometimes Still pay out ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™‚๏ธ And you should also pay attention to the candle stick patterns that forms after the sweep (i.e engulfing, hammer, doji)...๐Ÿ’ฏ

4. Liquidity- firstly you should understand that the absence of liquidity automatically makes your protected level a potential inducement for price to take out.. Which makes the presence of your structural liquidity highly essential...๐ŸคŒ

Secondly the position of your structural liquidity goes a long way of determining the probability of your setup, In other to validate your liquidity, then you can use your fib tool to mark out from your poi to your transactional liquidity...๐Ÿ“‰โฌ‡๏ธ

If your structural liquidity isn't sitting below the 50% retracement level then that means that liquidity is not valid!!! Which reduces the positive outcome of the setup...๐Ÿ“‰ The end...๐Ÿ“ˆ๐Ÿ’ซ๐Ÿ”ฅ If you find this thread insightful join our TG https://t.me/The_kingsmantradi...
