It was agreed by all parties (including me) an interim SPO (basically telling me not to contact certain people, which I wasn’t anyway) would be put in place as my legal team requested a full day hearing in January to present evidence that actually the stalking was the other way

round. As you can see from the response I now have, when we presented some evidence to prove allegations were false when I attended a voluntary interview, we also presented further evidence and many witness statements to support me. On receipt of this, WYP stepped down

all proceedings against me. You will see on the documentation I’ve screenshot above that I was asked if I would be willing to sign an undertaking for 2 years, not admission of guilt, not a court order. I agreed to this to protect me from further harassment. I wasn’t doing

What I was accused of and the undertaking was a very simple no contact - which I wasn’t anyway 🤷‍♀️ It doesn’t affect my life, it isn’t recorded anywhere, it’s just an agreement. It also works in my favour to prove if I am falsely accused again, it shows I haven’t ‘broken’ anything

So anyone who accuses me of being their stalker, under court orders, under restrictions. I haven’t and never have been. ‘Throughout this process, Ms Robinson was represented by independent legal representatives,

myself for not biting to continuous false, disgusting claims against me. I am thankful for such a wonderful support network of family, friends and proffesionals who backed me. It’s not often a parent tells their child how proud they are & takes them out for a meal to show

solidarity for standing in court 😂 But that’s how obscene the allegations/case was. It’s all been an attempt to discredit and silence me. We know whistleblowers face false allegations and scrutiny for speaking out. They will be torn apart and discredited to overshadow real

Issues and failures. I also want to thank an AMAZING legal team I had who were sensitive, supportive and wonderful. Also to those who funded this for me, fortunately I have not had to find a legal team ❤️ Chuffed to bits, feel heard, validated, and now we look at next steps

I am also very proud I have never ever had to resort to false allegations and lies to hurt others.
