Nottingham Forest assets 🌳 Nuno Espirito Santo has been sacked as NFO manager, with Ange Postecoglou coming in as his replacement. With Ange’s attacking ways, this brings concern for Forest defenders. They are also away to Arsenal in GW4, so many managers will look to sell.

However, in GW5 and GW6 they play Burnley away and Sunderland at home respectively. So, I would look to hold on to your Forest assets this week. Attackers should be fine, and defenders are worth chancing vs the two promoted sides in my opinion.

If you can bench them this week that would be good. Alternatively, a free hit in GW4 would allow you to remove them for the ARS (A) fixture and then have them to play the two promoted teams.

Sarr replacements 🦅 Although Sarr’s injury isn’t as bad as first feared, he is missing his best fixture in GW4 so it is still a solid time to sell. As many have weak benches, it may be tough to bench him for a week too.

Semenyo (£7.4m) 🍒 He has been very lively this season and has a decent long run of fixtures. He is up to 31.2% owned, so going without him is also a big risk.

Ndiaye (£6.5m) 🍬 A goal in each of his last two games, he has benefited from his back post runs, capitalising on Everton’s increased creativity since Grealish has arrived. He isn’t very expensive, however, Everton don’t have the best run of fixtures.

Grealish (£6.7m) 🍬 Perhaps you prefer Grealish, following his 4 assists in the last 2 games. He has two double digit returns in those games, if you think he will outscore Ndiaye then he could be your pick.

Third striker (£?) Many managers still have a third forward at the £4.5m price bracket. As Sarr’s injury isn’t too long term, you could upgrade your third striker if you have the funds and bench Sarr for the short term.

Alexander Isak 🇸🇪 Isak has over 565,000 transfers in ahead of GW4. This is despite playing zero minutes for Newcastle, and only 18 minutes for Sweden across two matches. Due to his fitness and being new to the team, it is highly likely that he does not start.

So, I would avoid bringing in Isak for now, until it seems like he is a starter. £10.4m is far too much to be paying for someone who probably won’t start, plus Liverpool’s fixtures aren’t great up until GW13.

Free hit draft ♻️ There are many ways you could go with a draft, but a free hit this week can be great to load up on Liverpool, Crystal Palace and Fulham players for their matches vs the promoted sides.

Captaincy 🧢 Mohamed Salah - BUR (A) 🔴 Despite not having the best start to the season, Liverpool are now playing against a promoted side. Despite not having a great record against Burnley themselves, Salah has historically done well against weaker sides.

Erling Haaland - MUN (H) 🤖 Haaland has a great record vs United, and is in great form after getting 7 goal contributions in his last game for Norway. He already has 3 goals for Man City this season, with an insane 1.38xG/90.

Jean-Phillipe Mateta - SUN (H) 🦅 A goal in GW3 and now a home fixture vs the promoted Sunderland. However, keep in mind that Sarr will miss that match and that Eze has left.

Joao Pedro - BRE (A) 🔵 Pedro has been in great form, with 2 goals and 2 assists in his last 2 matches for Chelsea. His minutes will be very good with Delap being out, plus he got a rest in Brazil’s last match as he did not start.

Daniel Munoz - SUN (H) 🦅 A huge differential pick, who has many different routes to points through clean sheets, attacking returns and defensive contributions.
