This entire art timelapse was AI generated 🤯 I initially scrolled past this one thinking it was from a drawing subreddit - the realism is insane. (from u/-Ellary-)

More from the creator on their workflow. They created a bunch of keyframes in Qwen Edit of the drawing / watercolor at various stages of development. And then animated the transitions with Wan 2.2 first frame / last frame.

@venturetwins woa I wonder if this is the first and last frame workflow

@deepwhitman Yeah the creator shared that it's Qwen Edit -> Wan 2.2 first and last frame

@venturetwins The real opportunity is in educational content. You can now create step-by-step visual tutorials for anything without being an expert artist. Generate drawing tutorials, craft processes, or cooking demos with prompts like "watercolor painting tutorial, step by step flower

@venturetwins And people will still dare to call this tech a slop

@venturetwins This is a super impressive and convincing hybrid of AI video and art. But social media users will want to know if first person timelapses of the artistic process are real or AI-generated. Why? Making art is a craft. Generating art is a prompt.

@venturetwins The tell is the direct and crisp hand direction (lack of waiver) and faded lines (lines intended to be seen as "sketch" lines but looks more like a fade)

@venturetwins This is mindblowing indeed. What can we still trust that's not AI?

@venturetwins The AI-generated art is getting so realistic, it's hard to tell it's not done by a human!

@venturetwins We are cooked. That person shaved their arm in the middle of the painting and it slowly grew back.

@venturetwins AI's creative potential is truly astounding. Where does artistic inspiration begin, and emulation end?

@venturetwins Wow that’s crazy

@venturetwins Remember when you couldn’t even erase chalkboards?

@venturetwins Bro got the magic color changing brush

@venturetwins Uma IA fazendo uma ilustração em IA Inception

@venturetwins AI's creativity level: mind-blowingly impressive!

@venturetwins thought this was real timelapse first, wild stuff

@venturetwins Next level realism

@venturetwins Cool idea!

@venturetwins Wow - you can't tell the difference. This looks 100% real!

@venturetwins beautiful✨

@venturetwins Any idea what they used here Justine?

@venturetwins Yeah, the 'real' in realism is getting subjective. Wild.

@venturetwins Wow, impressive!

@venturetwins Fuck whoever made this

@venturetwins Since timelapse is made for learning the process from real artists, what's the point to reproduce this ? Looks like bullshit.

@venturetwins @grok advice if One can reconstruct Leonardo da Vinci workflow of his inventions design and actually build them again in reality this way.

@venturetwins funny how ai can create soul in 3 seconds but my ex couldn’t find his in 3 years 😭

@venturetwins Only because you made it a Timelapse the strokes fly too quickly for the careless eyes to spot the inconsistencies :P

@venturetwins The day I feared has happened: timelapse means nothing now in terms of proof.

@venturetwins my very first thought was : way too much effort editing only the images where the hands are painting if it was recorded footage this would be complex to edit out of impressive

@venturetwins looks pretty cool!
