Listen I'm not staying up at night worrying about the guy. The only thing that annoys me is seeing talented pro wrestlers piss away their career. It's no sweat off my back. I just try to provide context since many of you don't know how these monsters were created.
CMLL was the root of the problem. A completely lawless company when Andrade was on the rise. Look up the history of how they got the Ingobernables name. CMLL literally had to hire babysitters b/c these guys were fighting with cops amongst other bad (sometimes criminal) behaviour.
There were never any repercussions. These guys never grew up & learned how to act like professionals. Andrade at least had a chance to figure things out b/c he got out. He was salvagable. By all accounts entering the rigid WWE system did him good after a rough start in Florida.
Rush never stood a chance b/c he went straight from CMLL letting him get away with murder to ROH Greg who let him get away with everything but murder. You guys know there was a 3rd Ingobernable, right? The guy who actually came up with the name of the group. La Mascara.
I won't waste time going through his entire story but by all accounts La Mascara is currently a drug addict, sometimes living on the street, supporting his habbit by committing crimes. He stopped wrestling. His last regular gig saw him get fired from AAA after an attempted rape.
Andrade, Rush & Mascara were *inseperable*. Every night out partying, getting into shit. That hasn't been the case for a while. They cut him out for obvious reasons. I point this out solely to show you the only difference between these 3. One of them faced consequences.
The two that didn't have never really changed. They've just gotten rich. Maybe Andrade is finally at the point where his actions finally have consequences? I don't know. That's a lot of talent to piss away so hopefully not but maybe he's just damaged goods at this point.
I have no doubt he'll have his own story to tell. There's no lack of outlets in Mexico that will hear him out. Last time WWE got rid of him he went to Mas Lucha to accuse WWE of various things. I suspect Jose Manuel, who now works for WWE, will have his company sit this one out.
I also have no doubt Andrade will tell the world how he's been wronged & it was his decision to leave. The same way Dralistico proudly went public w/ his "durrrrrr I dunno why CMLL won't let us work the AEW show @ Arena Mexico nyuk nyuk". That I admit annoys me @AaronWrotkowski.
