@JasonJournoDC It’s pretty easy to prove intent. Get an affidavit from the loan officer. If he doesn’t want to talk, you investigate every single deal that the loan officer has done. It was likely the loan officer who suggested the occupancy fraud. Get them to say she went along with it.
