@questmoosa High vit C intake has a very high incidence of kidney stones which need surgery to remove. If you want higher Endothelial Nitric Oxide, take L-Citrulline which converts to Arginine. If U take Arginine, it's quickly metabolized whereas the Cit->Arg pathway ensures longer duration.
