@ASUS_ROGNA While that thread talked about TUF/ROG laptops with optimus, is there any chance the same firmware bugs exist in and affect desktop mobos like TUF GAMING B550-Plus (WI-FI) with gpu-less zen3 chips & discrete graphics? The stuttering on this fellow has been there since the start.

@ASUS_ROGNA I have a new G615LR, and I have been experiencing these weird interruptions. The most recent was this morning while it was installing a Windows Microsoft Defender update. Some, but not all open windows, completely froze, not even responding to mouse clicks for about 1 minute.

@ASUS_ROGNA My laptop's discreet GPU sometimes turns off after stand by when connected to an external display. Need to unplug the Type-C to display port cable and plug it again

@ASUS_ROGNA Yes! I've experienced this with my G14. The video would briefly pause a fraction of a second between every 1 and 2 seconds.

@ASUS_ROGNA Pretty sure they just fix it on newer models. People who has 2021 to 2024 are pretty much abandoned.

@ASUS_ROGNA Thanks @ASUS . It's a challenging issue, but we all hope the brand would consider provide maintenance and longer support for those previous models, as when the technology advances, things get complicated, and problems can always arise.

@ASUS_ROGNA Asus, I've had a strix scar 15 from 2022 for roughly 3 years now. This year the keyboard has started to sutter where it will type the same letter twice despite pressing it once. I.e. the letter A will be typed twice. your customer support dismissed my issues and blamed me.

@ASUS_ROGNA try selling prebuilts that are well-ventilated, don't run at 85C with no tabs open or games running, and don't use the cheapest possible parts to achieve the advertised specs. just food for thought

@ASUS_ROGNA I've had stuttering issues ever since I bought mine. 2 years now. I use visual studio with resharper and man does loading a project come to a crawl. I'm maxed out at 40gb mem and 2tb ssd drive. It made it better, but significant system interrupts. See them in task manager.

@ASUS_ROGNA @UL_Benchmarks you got an opportunity here. This stuttering issue with ROG laptops was not noticed in reviews. How about adding latency tests and reports in PCMark 10 suite?
