@swamp_ist I don't think all those "canceled" was a matter of accountability. Some of that was simply attempts to shut up uncomfortable truths. This is entirely different than people losing their positions for celebrating or justifying murder.

@swamp_ist Not a single one of the people you mentioned were fired after pressure from the federal government (threatening to pull the broadcast license). Employers are allowed to make such decisions. You notably didn't add the recent example of Matthew Dowd, which also was fine.
