1 or 2 months ago, I had a meeting with Arpit Kumar at my office. Arpit often changed phones and claimed to be a CA professional. Over time, he gained my trust through our smooth previous transactions.

Following several successful transactions, he earned my confidence. He subsequently visited my office, and I perceived him to be sincere. He identified himself as a Chartered Accountant and utilized a Fold 7, along with other high-end mobile devices, during our meeting.

He bought Vivo X100 Ultra at that time by face to face meeting from my office. Asked me to kept the box with me since he will sell it to me only.

So, after using it for about a month, I put up an OPPO X8 Ultra deal for 83k on the TIAA Deals channel, and he was interested in swapping it for an X100 Ultra. He paid me 2k token at that time to block the deal and we agreed to 26k cash and swap of x100U

As he has met me, he requested that I pick up the phone only after the x8 ultra was delivered, since he did not have the money to pay for the x8 ultra upfront. Since I knew him, I took a risk, asked him to pay 24k, and shipped the x8 ultra on trust. Attached screenshot of tnx.

I shipped him x8 ultra based on trust that he will pickup his x100 ultra.

Product got delivered on the 2nd, but I texted him on the 7th for a follow-up, and he behaved as if he never existed. I called him 100s of time, texted him multiple time but no response

Now i was confirmed that he has no intrest to return the x100u I asked for help with my lawyer Mr. ABHIJEET to take this matter legally. He sent the notice same day and i got arpit reply. After notice he immediately asked me take it down and he was down with illness.

He said he will send the x8 ultra in return instead of x100 ultra as he is not sure where it is. But i knew he sold it already so could not give it. He also misbehaved my lawyer for sending notice.

As my money was stucked i asked him to send me packaging video but he sent me half video and not full packaging video.

Next day I created pickups for three different couriers, hoping that they would be picked up as soon as possible. Here are the courier details: DTDC - F32812390 Delhivery - 2827771945892 Blue Dart - 20886973564 It got picked up from Delhivery.

Since he has sent me casual packing video i was sure something he gonna messed up.

Today his parcel has arrvied to my office and i asked my staff to open it in front of cctv camera. I was engaged with one customer at my cabin

As expected he sent me one empty bottle of syrup ear stick and bowl and there is no phone.

I contacted him immedietely and he was scared. But he tried to be over smart saying that he has sent his parcel and done. Now he claming that even i have taken his 26k because this cctv is fake

I have already proceeded with a police complaint and a recovery suit against him. It's not about the money; it's about the trust he has broken. Due to people like him, trusting anyone is extremely risky. Police complaint attached and proof of delivery.

@RaipurPoliceCG @CG_Police I request you to do a fair investigation, and people like him must be put behind bars. These people are the reason why people are not able to build the business.

I am not going to leave him at all, but imagine doing business individually and investing time in legal stuff. I will teach him a lesson legally.

@Trolling_isart One lesson I have learnt the hard way after getting scammed is never deliver anything without taking payment in advance. No goods or services. Always take full payment upfront. I always do that. Even some big companies and agencies tak ne latkaya hai payments ke liye mahino.
