3/The 15,000-strong military medical corps will be expanded, integrating lessons from Ukraine and working closely with civilian hospitals to maintain readiness and manage high casualty volumes during conflicts.
4/France also plans to prepare hospitals for 10,000–50,000 casualties, setting up regional medical centers near ports and airports.
