Suburban services in the south east have up to thirty stops, whereas many Scottish services will have fewer than ten - so you can have three cancelled ScotRail vs one elsewhere.

@AngusRobertson @BBCNews Have to say this is true. In England I have 3-4 trains cancelled every week. I literally get train before the one I need just in case, it's that regular. Visiting Scotland it's a running text joke with my family. Every train of the last 50 or so has left & arrived to the minute.
