Our team will spend ~$130m this year on technical AI safety grants, and we currently only have 3 grantmakers on the team, so there's lots to help with. You could contribute to the writing of our next RFP, research new areas for AI safety research, or investigate/make grants. 3/5
We're looking for people with a mixture of: technical ability to work out which proposals are promising and how to steer them, deep care for mitigating AI risk, opinions for how the technical AI safety research landscape should change, high common sense. 4/5
