For everyone’s information: a letter like this, without prejudice, is a notification of knowledge and intention. It is not legally binding on its own. To my layman’s knowledge, I’m not legally bound to comply with any demand in it.

Also. I reasonably believed that this was the address to Mark Bourrie’s professional office. It didn’t occur to me, dealing with professionals, that it wouldn’t be. Technically, it is, because he’s not only used it in this communication, but elsewhere for public business matters.

As far as I know, I’m not running afoul of anything. There was no request made regarding it. 🤷‍♂️ As I’ve written before, until I’m told otherwise, I do what I reasonably believe to be in my right as a citizen of the United States of America.
