$80M was not enough?! πŸ’Έ Norse Founders have just put on a masterclass A public demonstration of breakthrough advertising While twitter is full of 'Native ads' ripping - it's the principles that make it work So let's break down how they're doing it... πŸ§΅πŸ‘‡

1/ The Organ Supplement Market in 2025: Completely flooded. Ancestral Supplements. Heart & Soil. 47 other brands all saying the same sh*t. "Get ancestral nutrients from beef organs" No one is denying beef organs don't work - it's just flooded with organs!

Trying to differentiate on garbage that doesn't matter: "Our cows are more grass-fed" "We add herbs" "Ours are capsules not powder" But they're all still saying: "Our beef organs are better beef organs" INCOMING CHAD MOVE 1 {Mechanism}

3/ Arctic Goddess did something different. They didn't try to make beef organs "better." They created a DIFFERENT mechanism entirely. Not beef organs. Reindeer organs from the Arctic. This is Eugene Schwartz's "new mechanism" play when a market gets saturated.

4/ Step 1: Validate the category They don't say beef organs are bullsh*t. They actually say: "2x more potent than ordinary beef organs" This is smart. They're using the education the beef brands already did. Then positioning above it.

5/ Step 2: Create superior sub-category Reindeer organs vs beef organs. Arctic sourcing vs generic "ancestral." This is the "new discovery within the discovery" that Schwartz talks about.

6/ Step 3: Environmental superiority "Endless Arctic nights and brutal winters" Harsher environment = more concentrated nutrients. The mechanism FEELS superior. You don't even need to prove it. The story does the work.

7/ Step 4: Gender-specific positioning Most organ brands = masculine/paleo-bro vibes. Arctic Goddess carved out the feminine hormonal health angle. "Goddess" vs "Ancestral" = completely different identity. Market segmentation + mechanism upgrade at the same time.

8/ The Schwartz principle at work: "When you can't make your mechanism stronger, make it MORE SPECIFIC." They went from: Organs (too broad) To beef organs (saturated) To Arctic reindeer organs for feminine energy (blue ocean)

9/ Why this positioning is genius: Pre-validated market. The beef brands already educated people. Logical superiority. Arctic conditions = more potent (the mechanism carries believability). Women felt alienated by bro-y marketing. Reindeer feels exotic, not gross.

10/ The genius move: They're using the Stage 3 framework ("our mechanism is better because...") But they redefined what the mechanism IS. Not: "Our beef organs are better" But: "Reindeer organs are what women actually need"

11/ How to apply this to YOUR brand: Ask yourself: "What mechanism is my market already convinced works?" Then ask: "How can I create a MORE SPECIFIC version of that mechanism?"

Examples: Saturated: Collagen supplements Redefine: Marine collagen from deep-sea fish (extreme environment = potency) -- Saturated: Protein powders Redefine: Grass-fed A2 protein for gut-sensitive athletes

12/ The framework: 1) Acknowledge category works (validation) 2) Introduce superior sub-mechanism (differentiation) 3) Create story (believability) 4) Target underserved segment (blue ocean) This is how you crush competitors stuck at "ours is better."

@DTC_Quizbuilder Okay now my question is are they actually selling artic rain deer organs or is it just a marketing claim and in actuality they are just making it from organs?

@DTC_Quizbuilder Good thread brother. Smart mechanism as well

@DTC_Quizbuilder What a breakdown πŸ”₯

@DTC_Quizbuilder Great thread

@DTC_Quizbuilder Great use of deer vs cow but thoughts on "goddess"? Do you think it's overall positive or negative? Buyers will feel that it's empowering, powerful, prestigious Some women, especially religious ones will find it blasphemous/cringe

@DTC_Quizbuilder Banger thread for anyone that want to start a brand

@DTC_Quizbuilder Great write up

@DTC_Quizbuilder Banger sir πŸ”₯
