GW 6 Notes - Players ✍️ 🔴 Gabriel - 1 goal, 19 DEFCON and 3 bonus points vs Newcastle. 13 points, saved a lot of wildcards. 👕 Haaland - Triple captain success for lots of managers! Scored twice in added time, for a massive 16 point haul.

GW 7 Fixture to target 🎯 🔴 ARS vs: WHU (H) Arsenal are heavy favourites in this game, going up against a West Ham side that’s conceded 2.3 goals per game this season. Gyökeres, Saka and all the starting defensive assets are high floor (and high ceiling) picks this GW.

GW 7 Player Recommendation: Bukayo Saka (9.8m) is back from injury. He started vs Newcastle in GW 6 and was subbed on and scored in the UCL midweek. His xMins look solid given Madueke’s injury, and it’s worth noting that Saka has 6 G/A in his last two games against West Ham.

GW 7 Player to sell: Chris Wood (7.5m) is still in over 15% of all FPL teams. His GW 1 brace has unfortunately been followed by 5 straight blanks, and with some tough fixtures coming up I see no reason to keep Wood. There are lots of more appealing FWD options going forward.

GW 7 Tips 💡 🔹 If you own Haaland and Salah, I see no reason to sell Salah this GW. With lower EO than usual, there’s real upside with Salah going forward. 🔹 If you’re playing your WC, build your defence around DEFCON assets like Senesi, Andersen, Richards and Tarkowski.

GW 7 Captaincy: Erling Haaland - 💰14.4 Fixture: BRE (A) Haaland is a very comfortable and safe captaincy pick this GW for all owners. 8 goals in 6 PL games, averaging 1.32 xG/90, and scored another brace in the UCL against Monaco. The standout captaincy pick this week.

Bruno Fernandes - 💰9.0 Fixture: SUN (H) Had Bruno scored his penalty against Brentford, he would’ve been a lot more common as a captaincy pick this GW. Excellent fixture is the main reason of course, combined with his penalty taking and general involvement in the United attack.
