For context, this is the Cooldown Manager on Alpha with a very simple AddOn that adds clean border and simplify the icon look.

@luxthos Can you create sound events when something comes off cooldown? I need my howl when wolves are ready, it's my favourite bit of the game.

@luxthos Is there an option to track every usable spell even without cooldowns? For example frostfire bolt for frost mage, I usually just glance at spells like that if they get a proc or for gcd’s. Also is there an option to have a defensive row, and a utility row or is it just one row?

@luxthos If I can move some spells "in order" of what I want to see then, it works as a replacement, though it's not complete but it works

@luxthos I can also recommend using the personal resource display now you can move it and set it in place.

@luxthos Can you add arbitrary items/buffs there? Trinket uses/procs, on use items, cloak procs for example
