For context, this is the Cooldown Manager on Alpha with a very simple AddOn that adds clean border and simplify the icon look.

@luxthos Any way to put the runic power and runes in the center too? I assume not but one can hope!

@luxthos Would you mind making that public? Since the cooldown manager is getting updated in 11.2.5 next week I'm sure some people would be interested in slowly moving over to more "default" based UIs.

@luxthos My only concern with blizzard gatekeeping the UI by hamstringing weakauras, to the point they're not even doing a 12.0 update, is that if something is bugged and not tracking properly it's going to take 2 weeks to get fixed instead of overnight by a mod author.
