It's possible to entirely disable Liquid Glass in macOS 26 Tahoe, there's some visual issues such as the Control Center and the text hover in the dock, but it's mostly usable with the Liquid Glass disabled surprisingly! If you want to try this yourself... 🧵

@TheBobPony You could replace macOS 26’s Dock app with that on macOS 15 to fix the transparent dock and also bring back Launchpad.
@TheBobPony Or you can just type in terminal (without quotes) "defaults write -g http://com.apple.SwiftUI.Disab... -bool TRUE" (or FALSE) to revert. Much simpler.

@TheBobPony This will likely only work until 27.0 or maybe even 26.x In Big Sur there was a similar flag to revert to Catalina looks but they removed that later nice find!!
