At first I was surprised by the administration strategy of challenging the Left in their strongholds like Portland, California, Detroit and Chicago. The probable intent is to draw the regular units out, overload their systems and dictate the initiative. Will it work?

@wretchardthecat They're consolidating blue cities in red areas at the same time. Houston, Memphis, and probably New Orleans. The frontal attack is surprising, but perhaps they have reason to believe that blue force is not unified. Illinois State Police are currently assisting ICE, CPD is not.
