Very worth reading this. I accidentally deleted a lot of my old posts, including the $KLED Points distribution, robotics thread and some other great posts. Obviously these points will be distributed & I'll make an archive of the old tweets that aren't accessible anymore right

@MiyaHedge Really interesting. Are fund redirections from the SPV to token holders only happening in a M&A event or is this a compliant method to pass through dividend distributions as well?

@KieferZang dividend-like distribution also works, but is kind of unnecessary for growth companies which we're targeting

@MiyaHedge ERC-S sounds great on paper - legal, onchain, non-security startup tokens. In reality: SPV + lawyers hell Still fails Howey in spirit Zero utility, zero flow One bad actor nukes the whole format ERC-20 remains undefeated - simple, liquid, everywhere. ERC-404 vibes

@MiyaHedge so this is basiclly something like stablecoin mechanics where the OpCo holds the shares and has ERC-S tokens 1-1 for what they are holding ?

@MiyaHedge Interesting approach, but I wonder if we're losing something valuable by automating so much of our communication.

@MiyaHedge I applaud your effort because we’re both building something to try and solve the same problem. Without equity though there is no ownership. Let’s chat.

@MiyaHedge pretty reasonable, assuming equity events have been chalked up on the notion page and you're open to having more of them till exhaustion? Because i see that DAO votes/equity events aren't regular occuring/scheduled.

@MiyaHedge So, which project or token do you think represents ERC-S? is Metadao?

@MiyaHedge very interesting read... i like the idea cause right now most tokens have zero intrinsic value and founders have no accountability to token holders but when you need 20 modules (S#01-S#20) and multiple entities (OpCo -> SPV/Foundation -> DAO -> distributor), you could face many

@MiyaHedge So is that just a legal framework without an actual implementation?

@MiyaHedge Nice read. Love the idea of linking tokens to real economic flows

@MiyaHedge I want you to meet Numbuh T.

@MiyaHedge congrats! is an interesting idea and i think will remove frictions in the traditional fundraising process. I imagine auditors need to be incentivized to perform audits/is a requirement

@MiyaHedge sounds interesting gonna check it out soon

@MiyaHedge What it do fam

@MiyaHedge Started reading this thinking it was a milestone based distribution. Left happily surprised

@MiyaHedge @grok eli5 this, is the SPV/foundation the only equity shareholder here in this case?

@MiyaHedge Unbelievable bullish on Miya, and ERC-S.

@MiyaHedge Neat concept, was confused tho when I couldn't find the ERC, wish you had given it a name instead.

@MiyaHedge wonderful idea! worth reading! start digging into street now

@MiyaHedge Very cool. Thank you for your work on this, Miya.

@MiyaHedge The STO meta is returning What even happened to Polymath??

@MiyaHedge I built something very similar with @RENSNCEDAO and @MKVLITKN. A bit more spread out and not so neatly packaged. Fantastic work. Will have to adopt some of your ideas.

@MiyaHedge You can read the full whitepaper under http://ERC-S.com.

@MiyaHedge Already know its a banger

@MiyaHedge Can this work with the confidential token standard ERC-7984? Seems like a good fit

@MiyaHedge This is tuff

@MiyaHedge ERC-Stimmy. Has a nice ring to it.
