Maybe I under emphasized this, but dataworks is a business unit with a headcount of SIX HUNDRED on revenue of $10M. That’s $17k revenue per head lmao. If they’re all getting $125k (2022 avg), that’s $75M in cost. They’re a pure parasite off the profitable host.

When you spin up a risky new initiative, you don’t staff to this level, don’t try that “it’s an investment” bullshit here.
