(1/4) @Flipkart @flipkartsupport The issue with my return is still not resolved. The return is now cancelled and you've been really unhelpful all this while. Attempts to talk to support results in the same canned response (we'll check and get back in 24h; never happens).
(2/4) I ordered "PUMA Deviate NITRO 3 Running Shoes For Men" from @Flipkart on 17th Sep. The item delivered on Sep 20th was the "Womens" version. In that, each shoe was different; one shoe was made in Vietnam and the other in China 🤔. One was stamped SAMPL.E
(3/4) Initiated return on 21st Sep itself. The request was marked as resolved by @Flipkart without any justification. Raised again on same day with same outcome. Finally go them to call back and arranged for return. Last date for pickup was 25th Sep. The pickup never happened.
(4/4) The refund request was finally cancelled on 30th Sep with no recourse in sight. Customer support has been pathetic and underwhelming. @Flipkart @flipkartsupport @nch1915 Need help in resolving this issue.
