@shiri_shh Pivot slightly, instead of losing money, the fines go into a high interest savings account that is locked but earning interest. You can only unlock the funds when you have a 99% todo completion score.

@shiri_shh There should be a validation : users cannot create a To-Do task if the funding account balance is 0 else throw an error. Additionally, each To-Do should have a different dollar value based on the effort required and small To-Dos = lower $, big To-Dos = higher $.
